INGREDIENTS
• 2 oz Tequila Azul Imperial Blanco • 2 oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice • 0.5 ox Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup • Sparkling Water • Rosemary • Grapefruit Slice DIRECTIONS
Step 1 : Torch 3-4 sprigs of rosemary. The more leaves the better. You want the rosemary to start smoking. Step 2 : Place your glass over the rosemary for around 20-30 seconds. This gives your glass a beautiful aroma Step 3: Start building the Paloma. Add in 2 ounces of Tequila Azul Imperial Blanco, 2 ounces grapefruit juice, 0.5 ounce agave, and 0.5 lime juice. Freshly squeezed juices is the key to making the best cocktails. Step 4: Stir then add in a large ice cube. Step 5: Top off with a bit of sparkling water *Optional* Step 6: Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice.
